Vietnam Kalakasi is a plantation grown agarwood oil extracted from Aquilaria species through hydro distillation using a co distillation process.
Known for its animalic driven character, it makes a clear statement from the first impression. The aroma opens with woody, earthy tones of patchouli and cypriol, quickly revealing a pronounced goat like animalic facet.
As it develops, gourmand touches of dark chocolate appear alongside soft floral violet nuances, settling into a leathery tannery finish that gives the oil depth, weight, and a distinctly raw presence suited for bold and expressive perfumery work.
