Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To request a return, contact us at info@aquiroma.com with your order number. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Sealed agarwood oil products

All agarwood oil bottles are sealed with a tamper-evident seal.

If the seal has been opened or broken, the product cannot be returned or refunded.
This protects product authenticity and quality.

If your bottle arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Books

Books may be returned if unused and in resalable condition.
If damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours.

European Union 14 day right of withdrawal

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused and sealed in original packaging.
Opened or unsealed oil bottles are not eligible for return once the seal is broken

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.
